By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws.

Shipping costs (freight) will be paid by the buyer.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete, with all specified features, and—if applicable—with warranty certificate and user manual.

If it becomes impossible to fulfill the sale of the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer fails to pay or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is voided.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined that the credit card used to make the payment was used fraudulently or without authorization after the product has been delivered, and the product fee is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with return shipping costs covered by the seller.
DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or a delay in delivery until the issue is resolved. If the order is canceled and the payment was made in cash, a full refund will be provided within 14 days. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days, though it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to reflect the refund in the buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product/service upon delivery and must not accept damaged, broken, or defective goods (e.g., with torn packaging) from the shipping company. If accepted, the product is deemed undamaged and intact. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product must not be used, and the invoice must be returned as well.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the product purchased is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date of contract. If the service starts with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent within 14 days by registered mail, fax, email, or other methods as indicated by the seller, and the product must not fall under exceptions listed in “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal.”
CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The original invoice must be returned with the product. If the invoice was issued to a company, the return must include a return invoice issued by that company.

The return must include the product's box, packaging, and any accessories, in complete and undamaged condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller must refund the full amount and return all binding documents to the buyer within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and must collect the returned goods within 20 days.

If the value of the goods has decreased due to the buyer’s fault or return is impossible, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller’s loss. However, this does not apply to proper use of the product during the withdrawal period.

If the return results in falling below a campaign threshold, the discount applied will be canceled.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
21–23. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s requests or personal needs

Perishable or expiring goods

Goods whose packaging is opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Goods that are mixed with others after delivery and cannot be separated by nature

Books, software, digital content, and computer consumables if the packaging has been opened
-
Accommodation, transport, food & beverage, or leisure services provided for a specific date or period
-
Digital services delivered instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly

Cosmetic, personal care, underwear, swimwear, software, DVDs/CDs, stationery supplies (e.g., toner), if packaging is opened
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, interest will be charged according to the credit card agreement with their bank. The bank may pursue legal action and claim costs and attorney fees. The buyer agrees to compensate the seller for damages resulting from delayed payment.
