MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties and General Acceptance

• The User agrees not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or violating public morality. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms and to cooperate with legal authorities when necessary.

• Relationships between members or third parties are the sole responsibility of the User; the Company disclaims all liability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, logos, designs, information, and methods on the Site, belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by national and international laws.

• No information or content on the Site may be copied, reproduced, published, or transmitted without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal liability and compensation claims.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, internet outages, or other force majeure events. Obligations are suspended during such events.

8. Entire Agreement and Amendments

• If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

• The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Notifications

All communications related to this agreement shall be made via email to the address provided by the User during registration or the Company’s official email. Users agree to keep their contact information updated.

10. Evidence Agreement

All records, logs, electronic communications, and computer data related to transactions under this agreement shall be accepted as valid evidence in legal disputes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) Courthouse.

• Data processed under the electronic commerce system we provide, solely for storage and system use without defining processing purposes or means

If you have given Electronic Commercial Communication Consent:

• Identification information (Full name)

• Contact information (Address, Email, Phone number)

• Details about your site usage (Behavior, transactions, preferences, visited products, etc.)

• Marketing-related information (Date of birth, site usage, shopping habits, demographic user/customer data such as address and preferences, purchase habits related to products and services, campaign participation, surveys, invoice content, payment methods and details, all contact numbers and email addresses, identifiers like cookies, browser fingerprints, IP address, beacon, wired/wireless connection info, etc.)

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• To manage the electronic commerce site together with our business partners to whom your data may be transferred upon request or displayed on the website

If you give Electronic Commercial Communication Consent:

• To create and conduct general or personalized campaigns, promotions, advertisements, notifications, and marketing activities, and to carry out any kind of commercial communication addressed to you by processing identity, contact, shopping, and marketing data
