MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

By using and shopping on this website, our customers (‘Users’) are deemed to have accepted the following terms:
1. Parties and General Acceptance

3. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Entire Agreement and Amendments

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Notifications

10. Evidence Agreement
All records, logs, electronic communications, and computer data related to transactions under this agreement shall be accepted as valid evidence in legal disputes.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) Courthouse.
